Chie Yoshii | Surrealist /Visionary painter


Japanese by birth, Chie Yoshii moved to the US, where she completed BFA at Massachusetts College of Art in 2000 and studied with Adrian Gottlieb from 2002-2008.
Much of her work is inspired by the analogy between mythological tales and the human psychology.
She currently lives and works in Los Angeles.

Dao Hai Phong, 1965 | Landscape painter



Vietnamese painter Dao Hai Phong, the son of the well-known artist Dao Duc, studied at the Hanoi College of Film and Theater from 1982-1987 and won an award for his outstanding designs at the Vietnam Film Festival. His main medium is oil on canvas. Although he had painted as a hobby from the age of six, it was only after his graduation that Phong started to focus on developing his unique painting style.

Kim Roberti | Figurative painter

Kim Roberti was born and reared in the Southern region of Vietnam.
She immigrated to the United States in 1966 at the age of 16.
Since that time she has lived in many areas of the US and other countries around the world.
All the while, Kim had a love for art and longed to paint.

Dang Can, 1957 | Landscape/Figurative painter


The Vietnamese painter Dang Van Can was born in 1957 in An Duc commune, Long Ho District, Vinh Long Province, the place is located along riverside of Mekong river in Vietnam. He showed an early talent in drawing and painting. He commenced to art works since 1976 with main job as a illustrator for local newspaper and magazine.
Dang Can is a member of Vietnam Fine Arts Association.
He has many paintings in Private Collection in many countries.

Van Tame | Impressionist City

Van Tame is an Vietnamese-born French painter, is able to capture the vibrancy of cities like New York and London, in his energetic and dynamic paintings. With distinctively animated strokes, Tame's cityscapes remind us of the teeming, bustling life in famous cities.
While the images might seem of average canvas size when viewed online, Van Tame actually paints on large scale canvases that are on average, about 4 feet x 3 feet.
With regard to his use of vibrant colors and the feature of blurred forms, his biography explains that his work is close to that of the “impressionists”, because “[he] does not paint objects, but reflections”.

I wake up, get up and walk through the day trying to keep my eyes open.
Sometimes I get obsessed with places and stories and I fall in love with them as if they had a soul which I think they do.
I like to take my walks in the unknown cities without having a map.
And when the twilight comes, everything feels possible and nothing is quite certain.
