Carlos Oviedo, 1970 | Figurative painter

Carlos Oviedo was born in the town of Puebla, attends workshops in various institutions of paint from an early age, and also takes private lessons with one of Puebla's most renowned teachers, teacher Faustino and his wife Rosa Salazar, then studied graphic design at the Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
Make personal studies in the United States for eight years, where he maintains contact with works of contemporary masters of the world, who motivate and influence the degree to develop his painting technique to an unexpected level.



After thirteen-year career, his works are in major collections and in several countries such as USA, Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Republic Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Greece.
Besides his work has participated in international art auctions, alongside the great masters of contemporary painting. His work currently can be seen in galleries world wide recognition including: Ginocchio gallery, sharing space with Santiago Carbonell, Roberto Cortázar, Roger Mantegani. Carlos Oviedo, nato in Messico, ha studiato Graphic Design presso l'Università delle Americhe, a Puebla.
Continuò a studiare negli Stati Uniti per sei anni stando a stretto contatto con il lavoro di grandi maestri dell'arte contemporanea, che lo hanno incoraggiato e spinto a perseguire a sviluppare ulteriormente il suo talento e la sua tecnica che di fatto ha raggiunto un livello molto alto.
Dopo tanti anni di carriera, il lavoro di Oviedo appartiene alle collezioni importanti in vari paesi quali: Messico, Stati Uniti d'America, Venezuela, Colombia, Porto Rico, Grecia, Repubblica Dominicana, Ecuador, Panama, etc.
La sua opera è stato inclusa in diverse aste internazionali con i grandi maestri dell'arte contemporanea e ogni anno partecipano in diverse Fiere d'Arte in Stati Uniti ed America Latina.
