He is a very accomplished watercolor painter in China. His works have been very well regarded in China and overseas. His painting have won him many distinguished awards in China. In 2004, he was awarded the Charles Comfort Medal of Canada for his outstanding painting “Dancing”. “Swan Scenario” is the main theme of my ballerina series. Its subjects are the young girls who dress in their ballet attire. My concern is to capture the mood and atmosphere of the casual and light moment of the girls. It is challenging. It was achieved through the natural combination of color and water.
