Lynch worked under the guidance of painters Jules Achille Noël, Gabriel Ferrier and Henri Lehmann.

He showed his artwork in the Salon of French artists which he won in 1890 and 1892 and in the World's Fair of 1900 during which he received a gold medal.

Albert Lynch (1860-1950) è stato un pittore Peruviano, nato in Germania ma sempre vissuto in Francia.

È considerato, pertanto, un pittore Francese.

Albert Lynch era figlio di Diego Lynch, di famiglia peruviana, e di Adele Bertha Emma Koeffler, di famiglia tedesca (suo padre era il pittore paesaggista Thomas Koeffler).

Non è chiaro se Lynch sia nato a Lima od a Gleisweiler, in Renania (Germania).

Sul sito "Benezit Dictionary of Artist" del 2011, Lynch nacque a Lima (o Trujillo) nel 1851 e morì nel 1912.
