The canadian painter Alena Plihal was born in Czech Republic and lived in Quebec since 1989. With a degree in plastic arts at UQAM, she continued her training in live model workshops of abstract painting workshops. The combination of charcoal, pigment, acrylic and oils gives to Alena an extraordinary freedom of expression.
