Colombian painter Carlos Alberto Quintero is a Art Investigator, Professor and Mix Media Artist.

Quintero’s passion and strength on investigation and exploration is captured on his Artwork, which covers a vast journey in the dimension of the roots of the Latin-American magic realism.

Quintero has a long trajectory exhibiting his artwork nationally and internationally with great results.

He possesses extensive knowledge of Aesthetic Education, Graphic Design and Master in Art Education: National University of Colombia (Bogota), plastic arts and extensive work experience within the country and overseas and during his career he has received various awards such as recognition from the Florida’s Governor Charlie Christ for his artistic contributions to the community.

Carlos' studies and experiences gave birth to art that speaks of daily personal themes, full of praises to places, textures and forms, all of which always relates and it is part of his natural personal development.

His primary style explores Latin American magic realism, bridging fantasy, cultural roots, and real-world themes.

Quintero pioneered his own subgenre called Quiropaintings (derived from his surname), which seamlessly merges traditional digital painting with professional graphic design layouts.

His notable collection series focus on the divine nature of women, the ancient roots of the Americas, landscapes, musicians, and animals.

He frequently employs rich mixed media heavily anchored by the color blue, which he views as a visual vehicle for harmony, serenity, and love.

Under his commercial moniker "Quinterart", he has claimed multiple accolades, including "Best in Show" at the Celebration Art Walk (2023), the Windermere Fine Art Show (2022) and formal recognition from the Governor of Florida.

Si è laureato in Graphic Design e Pedagogia dell'Arte presso l'Università Nazionale della Colombia.

Nel corso della sua carriera internazionale ha ricevuto numerosi premi, tra cui il titolo di "Artist of the Year" a Orlando e menzioni ufficiali da parte del Governatore della Florida.
