Elena Nikolaevna Yushina / Елена Николаевна Юшина was born in Simferopol, Crimea, Ukraine and graduated from art school.
After receiving an engineering degree from the Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute, she worked in various technical fields across the country, both on land and at sea.
