Ilham Mirzayev Maharram was born in Nakhchivan, the Azerbaijan Republic.
  • 1980 - 1984 Studied at the State Arts School named Azim Azimzadeh.
  • 1984 - 1986 Served in the Soviet Army.
  • 1986 - Began creative work - painting.
  • 1989 - Member of the Artists’ Union of USSR / youth group.
  • 1991 - Member of the Artists’ Union of USSR / after disintegration of USSR in 1991 - Member of the Artists’ Union of Azerbaijan.
  • 1992 - Production Designer of Turkish playwright A. Nelsin "The letter from Takhtali village" / Nakhchivan State Drama Theatre.




  • 1992 - Personal exhibition / Nakhchivan branch / Union of the artists Azerbaijan.
  • 1993 - Personal exhibition / Baku / Gallery "Absheron colors".

  • 2011 - Participant the International competition of painting "St. Petersburg's Art Week - 2011" - In a nomination "Abstract painting", picture "Harmony of colors" 3-place. In a nomination "Religious and esoteric painting" picture "Tragedy of cleanliness" -1 place.
  • 2011 - Participant the International competition of painting "Bulgarian Art Week - 2011". In a nomination "Experimental painting" a picture "Harmony of colors"- 1 place, "The Lonely woman" - 3 place, Bulgaria-Sofia.
  • 2011 - Winners "Art Week in Montenegro" the participant. Montenegro - Danilovgrad, Kotor, Podgoritsa, Budva.
  • 2011 - Participant the International competition of painting "Russia Art Week - 2011". In a nominations «Experimental painting» a picture "Gold sails"-1- place, "On a summer residence" - 3 place. Moscow-center Modern art gallery "М’ars".
  • 2012 - Two paintings are included in the catalog of the International Fund of Art.
  • 2013 - It is awarded by the Chairman of Supreme Medzhlis Nakchivan АР Mr. Vasif Talibov, "Gold medal" let out by National Bank of Azerbaijan in honour of the 85 anniversary Nakchivan АР.
  • 2014 - Personal exhibition. Union of the artists Azerbaijan. Baku. Exhibition salon of a name of V. Samedova.
