Claude Sauzet, 1941 | Abstract Figurative painter
Born in the South of France, Claude Sauzet, french painter, studied drawing at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts at Nîmes.
He moved to Paris for more than twenty years.
It is in his studio that he redraws the sketches executed from the original life.
On the bases of a strong outline, colours and light take the foremost place.
His colors, always warm, ochres mixed with reds and browns, tinted with a hint of green or blue, recall his Mediterranean origins.
