Robert Krogle, American painter, was born in Santa Monica, California. After high school Robert applied to Chouinard Art Institute of Los Angeles and was accepted but after two years was called to duty by the California Army National Guard. He spent five and a half months in Vietnam and was awarded the bronze star and purple heart for his service. Upon returning to civilian life, Robert completed his last two years of art education in 1970.
Agostino Arrivabene, a very talented Italian painter, is a painter of decadence, dream and ancient symbologies who uses his own homemade pigments and colors and tries to revive ancient pictorial techniques. Arrivabene was born in Rivolta d’Adda, in the province of Cremona, Italy in 1967. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in 1991. He then travelled to various Italian and international cities seeking out the work of the Old Masters, deepening his knowledge of his craft, and bringing to bear a great influence upon the future development of his own artwork.

Anna Lea Merritt [1844-1930] American painter, was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of Joseph Lea a manufacturer. She studied art in Italy, Germany and Paris, ultimately settling England in the late 1860s. She married Henry Merrit, artist, and critic, who was twenty two years her senior. Tragically he died three months after the wedding. Anna Merritt edited a selection of her husband’s writings for publication. She built up a thriving practice as a portrait painter, in which artistic sphere she was highly talented, her picture of two little sisters, Jacqueline and Isura Loraine, for example is highly accomplished. In later years she often wintered in Egypt. She lived in Hampshire.

Harry Anderson [1906-1996] was an American illustrator and a member of the Illustrator's Hall of Fame. A devout Seventh-day Adventist artist, he is best known for Christian themed illustrations he painted for the Adventist church and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also a popular illustrator of short stories in American weekly magazines during the 1930s and early 1940s. Anderson was featured in American Artist in 1956; he received awards from the New York Art Directors club and other notable organizations, and was inducted into the Society of Illustrators Hall of Fame in 1994.

Helen Cottle, American painter, born in bay side Williamstown, Victoria is a self-taught/self-educated artist who paints in all mediums in a realist/impressionist style. Helens artistic life began in early childhood; she would spend many hours drawing from life always seeking new subject matter. What began as a part time hobby over time evolved into a passion to express herself creativity in whatever medium called on to compliment the chosen subject. Helen was greatly encouraged by her high school art teachers to pursue a career in art and teaching; however she decided not to continue on and study art at university but decided to follow her own path of self education and exploration.
